Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. In the event, if you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased from Storeferry and can provide genuine reasons for dissatisfaction, we will gladly offer a refund. Please read the fine print of each deal before you sign up. It provides all the details about what you're getting and what's required on your end.

Storeferry's return and cancellation policy gives you the option to refund or cancel any items you've purchased from us for any reason during the specified period.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the right to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.


Refund Policy

Storeferry top priority is for customers and that's why we ensure all of our products are thoroughly tested to be reliable, safe and efficient. Returns are processed within a few days and will always be issued to the same payment method. If you're not completely satisfied with our products, we can also offer a refund.

Return will not be accepted if

The materials have been opened/used, either fully or partially.
The materials have been tampered after delivery. This includes faulty storage.
Partial returns will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If the item you ordered arrived in physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for free replacement.
